At Onepot Shack, we  pride ourselves on bring a taste of the caribbean to your plate. The story began when I moved from St Vincent to the UK and couldn't find the home-cooked Vincentian taste that I grew up with. So I decided to open ONEPOT shack and share those unique Vincentian flavas with others.

We use only the freshest ingredents in our dishes, sourcing local produce whenever possible. Some of our spices are imported from the caribbean and some are home grown to ensure an authentic taste. Our meat are always of the highest quality.

Our Services

We opperate from anywhere, providing that we have access to a flat outside area suitable for 12ft x 8ft trailer. We also provide a buffet service for customers that require a more formal setting.
