We opperate from anywhere, providing that we have access to a flat outside area suitable for 12ft x 8ft trailer. We also provide a buffet service for customers that require a more formal setting.

Curry Goat - succulent pieces of goat / Mutton meat seasoned with a fusion of herbs and spices, cooked slowly untill the meat is just falling off the bone.
Jerk Chicken
- Mouthwatering chicken marinated in a homemade jerk seasoning including fiery scotch bonnet, warm pimento, nutmeg and fresh thyme...
Stew Chicken
- Boneless chicken marinated in traditional Caribbean herbs and spices then caramalised using demarara sugar and slowly stewed to perfection. ( Vegan option also available)

Our prices
To book a fuction, we would reuest 25% deposit and the remaining 75% paid at least two weeks before the event.
All quotes are fixed without any added Tax.
